Golfer Transport St Andrews
Known as the ‘Home of Golf’ St Andrews is home to seven courses, including the famed Old Course. Other classics include the New Course, Jubilee Course and Kingsbarns.
Our fleet of vehicles are available to transport golfers and their luggage throughout their trip. Unlike most operators we offer one price which includes your Airport Transfers and Transfers to the Golf Courses.
Airport Transfers
Whether you’re travelling alone or with a group, golfer transport st andrews offers airport transfers that will get you to your destination in comfort and style. You can choose from a variety of options, including private taxis, shuttle buses, and express buses. These services are easy to book and offer a comfortable way to travel.
You can also rent a car at Dundee Airport Transfers, which is located a short drive from St. Andrews. This option allows you to have more flexibility in your schedule, but you should be aware that driving in Scotland can be challenging for foreign visitors.
During your stay, you can visit the British Golf Museum to learn about the history of golf. You can also explore the town’s many shops and galleries. You can even take a ghost tour to hear tales of haunted St. Andrews. The Old Course is also a must-visit attraction, with its beautiful views and historic architecture.
Private Helicopter Transfers
The Helicopter golf experience is the ultimate luxury for those looking to maximize their time on the course. Helicopter travel is perfect for those looking to play multiple courses on a single day, reducing travelling times by hours. For example, a trip from St Andrews to Royal Dornoch is a 4hr road journey which is cut to 75-minutes by helicopter.
Helicopter-powered luxury golf travel isn’t common in the States, but it’s a big industry in Scotland and Ireland. Some travelers plan their Irish and Scottish bucket-list golf experiences years in advance, and a helicopter tour is the kind of add-on that can take those trips from great to exceptional.
Helicopters allow us to visit several Scottish courses in a single day, such as a trip from St Andrews to the Castle Course or from Kingsbarns to Carnoustie. This is ideal for those who are planning to play The Open Championship, which takes place this year at the famous St Andrews Links.
Day Transfers
St Andrews offers an amazing array of golf courses and the Home of Golf has more than enough to occupy most visitors for several days. But it is also an expensive town, and hotels in the area are a major expense. It is best to plan ahead and book well in advance, especially during high season.
Fortunately, there are alternatives for those willing to venture outside the village. The Fife Coastal Path, a pedestrian-friendly trail that follows the sea, is an excellent choice for a scenic hike. The path connects many of the region’s great courses, including Carnoustie and Kingsbarns.
A free shuttle bus runs between the Links and Eden clubhouses, the Old Pavilion by the first tee, and the St Andrews Links Golf Academy in high season. The buses have limited seat and luggage capacity, but they are a convenient alternative to driving a rental car. You can buy a ticket from the ticket kiosk behind the 18th green or from the main souvenir shop on Golf Street.
Night Transfers St Andrews

Some of the top attractions in the city include the Old Course, a famous golf course with royal connections, St Andrews Aquarium, which features marine life such as sharks and seals, and the St Andrews Preservation Trust Museum, housed in a 17th-century home.
Getting to and from St Andrews is easy with various transportation options. Visitors arriving at Edinburgh International Airport can choose between taxis, shared shuttle buses, or private transfers. The Airlink bus (service 100) can be boarded at stance G outside domestic arrivals, while the train to Leuchars station is another option.
